Whether you have been rowing for many years or just dipping your toe into this new sport, welcome. Rowing is a sport for life. You can start at any age, and row for any reason: fitness, camaraderie, or racing.
Athletes make up 66,500 of the 78,500 USRowing members. Rowing is classified into different categories to make a fair and balanced competition, and provide an opportunity to a wide range of ages, skill, gender, and abilities.
