Reset My Password
Did you forget your password to your online membership account? Did you even know you had an online account, a password? No problem! You can reset your password online, anytime, 24/7. Just follow these four (4) easy steps!
- Visit the Membership Portal.
- Click the “Set/Reset Password” Link, enter your Member Number, and click on the “Send Reset Link” button. If you don’t know your member number, click here to look it up.
- After you click on the “Send Reset Link,” you’ll receive a message on the screen confirming that an email was sent to your email address. If you don’t get the confirmation or no longer have access to that email account, please call USRowing Member Services at 800-314-4769, and we’ll be happy to help you.
- Go to your email account and click on the link to reset your password. Enter your desired password in both fields and click the “Change Password” button. This must be done within 3 hours of the request for security purposes or the request will timeout.
That’s it! You’ll be redirected to the login page where you provide your Member Number and new password to login to your account. Please note: Some browsers may auto-fill these fields. Make sure that the USRowing Member Number (not an email address) and password is entered on the login page.
