Moving to a new home as a kid is often not fun. Just ask Henrik Rummel.
He not only moved to a new home and a new school twice, but he moved to a new country both times. Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, his family first moved to Sweden when Rummel was nine and then moved to Rochester, N.Y., when he was 12.

Lake Carnegie and rowers from Princeton University took center stage on Thursday’s edition of The TODAY Show on NBC.
The segment “Today Takes On” featured all four hosts – Matt Lauer, Al Roker, Ann Curry and Natalie Morales. The hosts visited Princeton on April 26 to get a lesson in teamwork and competition from members of the Princeton rowing team.

Every athlete that showed up at Mike Teti’s boathouse at the University of California in Oakland knew what they were getting into.
The United States men’s eight had failed to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games in London at the world championships in Bled, Slovenia, and what was left to do was find the best eight available men in the country and make them into a crew that could go fast enough to win the Final Olympic Qualification Regatta this month in Lucerne.
