Men’s Single Added to 2019 Senior World Championships Trials V
By USRowing Staff • July 16, 2019
USRowing will hold a new national team trial in the men’s single sculls in early August after Michael Knippen (Germantown, Wis.) removed himself from the team in the event.
The new men’s single sculls trial will be held August 5-7 in conjunction with the men’s pair at the 2019 Senior World Championships Trials V on Mercer Lake in West Windsor, N.J.
Knippen, who originally won trials in the single sculls in April, removed himself from the event in order to focus on the men’s quadruple sculls.
