Kailani has a pair of lucky Nike socks that she wears during major races and certain erg pieces…She began rowing because her physical therapist recommended rowing as the best option for her knees after she tore her ACL…The most influential person in her rowing career is physical therapist Kurt Nofziger – without him she would have never discovered rowing…Kailani wants to continue rowing in college and help her team win a NCAA Championship…Kailani would like to become a physical therapist.
