Personal

Dana was awarded the Scholar Athlete award in 2014 and 2015 and was the recipient of the University of Rochester Bosch and Lomb Science Award…She enjoys playing the ukulele and viola, as well as biking and hiking and was a member of her high school’s step team…Her most memorable sporting achievement was winning the C.R.A.S.H.-B. championships in 2014 ahead of two German Junior National Team rowers…She chose rowing because her mom and older sister convinced her that she was built for the sport…Dana hopes to eventually row for the under 23 and senior national teams, as well as start a career in economics or finance.
