All Organizations wishing to receive
a rebate must now complete an application on the Mercury Marine Web site. The
application is meant to encompass all forms of sponsorship. So your
organization should fill out the application and put in the details that
pertain to your specific situation - for instance with rowing, you should fill
out all areas on the application that applies to you and list all of the
regattas, etc. where the Mercury name would be displayed.
The application looks overwhelming
but you only need to fill in the blanks that apply to your situation. The new
rebate structure will be based on the exposure of the Mercury name by the
group. So again, be sure to list all of the regattas, events that the club will
be participating in where the Mercury name will be displayed.
