The USRowing East Coast Fall speed order is intended for athletes who have aspirations and potential to row for the Senior and Junior U.S. National Teams.

Senior Athletes: 6 km erg test at Princeton University boathouse on Saturday followed by a 4.5 km race on Lake Carnegie on Sunday. Only athletes who participate in the 6 km erg test on Saturday will be permitted to race on Sunday.

Junior Athletes: 4.5 km race on Lake Carnegie on Sunday.

Lightweights: FISA Avg +6%: Light Men - 74.2, Light Women - 60.42

Saturday, November 14

12:15 p.m.-1:15 p.m. Lightweight Weigh-In located in the last Princeton University bay furthest from the parking lot

1:30 p.m. Athlete Meeting - Second floor of Princeton University boathouse

2:15 p.m. Lightweight  Men and Women 6k

3:00 p.m. Heavyweight Women 6k

3:45 p.m. Heavyweight Men 6k

Sunday, November 15

7:00 a.m. Junior Athlete Meeting to take place at the Finish Line Area of Carnegie Lake off of Route 27.

7:15 a.m.:  W1x/LW1x launch

8:00 a.m.: W1x/LW1x race

9:15 a.m.: M1x/LM1x launch

10:00 a.m.: M1x/LM1x race

11:15 a.m.: M2-/LM2- launch

12:00 p.m.: M2-/LM2- race

12:45 p.m.: JM1x/JW1x launch

1:30 p.m.: JM1x/JW1x race

The race will begin at the Washington Street bridge by the Princeton University Boathouse. The race will end at the finish line of the 2 km buoyed course.

The starting order of the singles will be based upon the ranking of the 6 km erg test. The starting order of the pairs will be based on an average of the athlete’s erg scores.

Practice: There will be an opportunity to practice on Lake Carnegie Saturday evening from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. All crews must launch from the finish line area on Carnegie Lake.

Parking: Athletes participating in the 6 km erg test on Saturday must park in the lot across the street from the Princeton University Boathouse. Parking in the Princeton University boathouse lot is not permitted at any time. For Sunday racing, all participants and spectators must park at the finish line area on Carnegie Lake located off of Route 27.

Registration Information:
Register online through Regatta Central at https://www.regattacentral.com/index.jsp. Entry Fee is $25 per person. Registration deadline is midnight (EST) Friday, November 6, 2009.
