Practice Schedule: 4:30-6:30 p.m.  All crews must launch from the finish-line dock.

No boats are allowed on Carnegie Lake before or after practice times. You are subject to disqualification if you are on the water at any time other than the posted practice times.

Scales and course map will be made available on Wednesday morning.

Weigh-ins: 6:00-7:00 a.m.

FISA Rules: Light Men: Boat average 70kg, Athlete 72.5 kg; Light Women: Boat average 57kg, Athlete 59kg; Coxswains: Athlete 55kgs

Athlete Meeting: 7:00 a.m. (a representative from each boat must be present or the entry will be scratched)

Racing:

Time Trial: 8:00 a.m.

Registration Information

• Register online through Regatta Central at www.regattacentral.com 
• Entry Fee: $30.00 per person
• Registration deadline Sunday, July 2, 2006, at MIDNIGHT (EST) .
• USRowing membership is required: visit www.usrowing.org to renew or join.
• Senior National Team Speed Orders are open to all collegiate, club and unaffiliated athletes. Under 18, high school and junior national team candidates will not be considered.
