PRINCETON, N.J. – USRowing has invited 40 collegiate rowers to attend its 2009 Under 23 Lightweight National Team Camps this summer, the organization announced on Thursday.
Under 23 Lightweight Men’s Four Selection Camp
Held at the Chesapeake Boathouse in Oklahoma City, this camp will select the lightweight men’s four that will compete at the 2009 World Rowing Under 23 Championships from July 23-26 in Racice, Czech Republic. This camp may also select a lightweight men’s double sculls crew to participate in the 2009 Under 23 World Championships Trials scheduled for July 6-10 at Mercer Lake in West Windsor, N.J. The winner of the trials will earn the opportunity to race in Racice.

The winner of the trials will earn the opportunity to race in Racice. Camps will be held at GMS Rowing Center in New Milford, Conn., and Vesper Boat Club in Philadelphia, Pa.
