International Results: Finished eighth in the four at the 2007 Junior World Rowing Championships.

National Results: Finished sixth in the youth four with coxswain at the 2007 Head of the Charles…Made it to the semifinals in the intermediate four with coxswain and junior eight at the 2006 USRowing National Championships…Finished 15th in the youth four with coxswain at the 2006 Head of the Charles.

Personal: Martha began rowing as cross-training for Nordic skiing…She has competed in Junior Olympic races in Nordic skiing and her high school team won the state championships in the sport in 2006, 2007 and 2008…Her brother trains with the U.S. Ski Team, competing on the world cup circuit…She admires him for his academic and athletic success, as well as his work ethic.
