National Results: Won the men’s intermediate four with coxswain and finished third in the men’s senior four with coxswain at the 2007 USRowing Club National Championships...Finished fifth in the senior four at the 2007 Scholastic National Championships...Finished fifth in the senior four at the 2007 Stotesbury Cup Regatta...Finished seventh in the senior four at the 2006 Stotesbury Cup Regatta...Finished eighth in the senior four at the 2005 Stotesbury Cup Regatta.

Facts of Interest: Matt enjoys running, fishing and poker...He was named crew MVP in the fall and spring of 2006 and the spring of 2007...Matt was named Christchurch School’s 2007 All-Around Best Athlete, which he lists as his most memorable sporting achievement...Matt lists his father as the most influential person in his sporting career and as his personal hero...He plans to attend the Naval Academy after spending a post-graduate year at The Kent School.
