International Results: Finished fourth in the double sculls at the 2008 FISA World Cup stop in Lucerne, Switzerland...Finished seventh in the double sculls at the 2008 FISA World Cup stop in Munich...Finished sixth in the quadruple sculls at the 2007 FISA World Championships...Finished fourth in the pair at the 2006 FISA World Under 23 Championships.

National Results: Won the double sculls at the 2008 National Selection Regatta #2...Finished third in the quadruple sculls and fifth in the double sculls at the 2007 USRowing National Championships...Placed fourth in the second varsity eight at the 2004 NCAA Championships...Placed sixth in the second varsity eight at the 2005 NCAA Championships.

Personal: Ellen is a two-time senior national team member and first-time Olympian...Ellen was named Michigan’s Women’s Rowing Athlete of the Year in 2006. She also was part of the Academic All-Big Ten teams in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Outside of rowing, Ellen enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, country music and watching the Green Bay Packers.
