International Results: Won the eight at the 2008 Oxford-Cambridge Boat Race…Placed fourth in the eight at the 2007 FISA Under 23 World Championships…Placed 14th in the quadruple sculls at the 2006 FISA Under 23 World Championships...Placed fifth in the eight at the 2004 FISA Junior World Championships...Took silver in the eight at the 2003 FISA Junior World Championships. 

National Results: Won silver in the varsity eight at the 2007 Eastern Sprints...Placed sixth in the varsity eight at the 2006 Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) Championships...Placed third in the freshman eight at the 2004 Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) Championships...Placed third in the quadruple sculls at the 2003 USRowing Youth Invitational.

Personal: Charlie's coach, Yan Vengerovskiy, has been the most influential person in his sporting career because he directed Charlie toward rowing. Outside of rowing, he enjoys golf, reading and watching television. In the future, Charlie hopes to compete and win at the highest levels of the sport.
