2011 Junior National Team Camp Registration

Congratulations on being invited to a 2011 junior national team camp. Please register for your camp by clicking on one of the links below:

In order to attend a junior national team camp, parents and athletes must agree to the terms of the USRowing camp code of conduct and camp waiver. You can indicate your agreement by checking the box in the online registration. To read the forms, click on the links below:

In addition to completing the online registration, each minor athlete must bring with them to camp a signed permission to treat a minor form. That form can be downloaded by clicking on the link below:

Any athlete attending a selection camp only (not a development camp) who uses prescription medications and/or an inhaler must read the instructions below and determine if they need to file a declaration of use or a therapeutic use exemption. If so, that form must be brought to camp in hardcopy. Click on the links below to download the instructions and the forms:
