Arms and Body Build (March 2008)

Arms and body build is done to maintain pressure on the face of the blade, while staying connected with the body. Use a seven to 10 stroke build of increasing pressure to the finish without tearing the blade from the puddle. The movement of the body swing and arms should be tied to the speed of the hull.
