Arms and body is a good progression from arms only. By adding the body swing, placement of the blade should become more direct to the water. Once placement is made with the blade traveling towards the bow, the body should be allowed to swing horizontal and engage the load before the arms tie in to complete the impulse. Start from a stable platform of pairs and add in as the drill progresses.
