Advanced Coaches Conference: Learn from the best coaches in the country. Past speakers have included USRowing National Team coaches, junior and collegiate champion coaches, and accomplished international minds from the sport.
"Business of Rowing": Returning for this year, USRowing's popular "Business of Rowing" program is THE place for rowing's administrators and decision makers to come together and discuss relevant topics.
Level 2 Coaching Certification: Complete the coursework and test required to earn your Level 2 Coaching Certification. The "bread and butter" of the coaching education program, this level is designed to train assistant and head coaches at the high school and collegiate levels. Click the link to learn more about the new Level 2 program, introduced at last year's Annual Convention.
"Rowing 101": The new Level 1 coaching certification level teaches the basics of the sport. Parents, teachers, fitness instructors, and those looking to learn the sport for the first time are invited to the "Rowing 101" program. At the end of the program, attendees will take the test that is the first step in earning a Level 1 coaching certification. Click the link for more information on the new Level 1 program.
Junior Day: Join us for a day of programming aimed at junior competitors, and the parents that allow them to participate in the sport. Past topics have included collegiate recruiting, the junior national team, and using the USRowing RowOn recruiting database. Monitor this page for this year's program information as it develops.
Referee Programs: USRowing will offer clinics for different levels of referees at this year's Annual Convention.
USRowing Annual Awards Reception and Happy Hour: The USRowing Annual Awards Reception is the last opportunity to celebrate the best from the year in rowing. Starting with a "Happy Hour", attendees are invited to join USRowing in recognizing the people that help make the sport great.
