USRowing, in partnership with RegattaCentral, has developed a portal to simplify compliance with two key requirements for USRowing-recognized clubs: submission of club rosters and submission of annual waivers.
USRowing no longer requires club administrators to submit quarterly rosters. Instead, club administrators and athletes now have the ability to add or update their profile through the Roster/Waiver Portal.

To get started, club administrators will need their Admin Access Code, which was provided to the club contact on file with USRowing via email in January. Please contact USRowing Member Services (800-314-4ROW or firstname.lastname@example.org) if you need assistance.
Individual athletes should obtain their Club Access Code from their team administrators in order to update their information or sign a waiver. Unaffiliated athletes should continue to submit their waivers via the online waiver form under Join/Renew.
