USRowing Adaptive Information Forum

May 5-6, 2007

Chicago, Ill.

In response to the rapid growth of adaptive rowing and the desire to provide adaptive athletes with a high quality rowing experience, USRowing would like to offer the first Adaptive Rowing Information Forum, May 5-6 in centrally located Chicago, Ill. We need to have 20 participants in order to run this clinic.

Who Should Attend

If you’ve wanted to start an adaptive rowing program but need some help, this forum will provide the tools and information you need. If you are already running an adaptive program but want to learn how to expand or improve it, this forum is for you, too.

Program

Adaptive Topics to be covered:

  • How to Start an Adaptive Rowing Program
  • Working with Adaptive Athletes
  • Training for Adaptive Athletes
  • World Championship and Paralympic Events
  • Boats and Equipment

Cost

USRowing and Wintech Racing will be working together to sponsor this event so that there will be no charge for the forum. Transportation and lodging will be the responsibility of registrant.
