On May 14, 2009, Boathouse Sports became the exclusive athletic apparel supplier for the U.S. Senior and Under 23 National Teams, as well as the USRowing Training Center, effective immediately. Boathouse will work with USRowing and its athletes to develop a new unisuit specifically for the national team. Beginning October 1, 2009, Boathouse Sports will become the exclusive online and event merchandising partner of USRowing.

Filippi
Filippi is a manufacturer of high performance racing shells, based in Tuscany, Italy. Athletes from over 50 countries have raced Filippis and won hundreds of medals in world championship and Olympic competition since 1986. The company is an official supplier to the Italian Rowing Federation (FIC), as well as an official partner of the International Rowing Federation (FISA). It has been awarded ISO 9000 certification for outstanding quality control in manufacturing. The firm is represented in the U.S. by their exclusive agent, Elite Rowing, Inc., based in Boston.
Elite boat builder Filippi signed on as an official equipment supplier to the U.S. National Team in 2010, providing elite-level shells through the 2012 Olympic Games. With an impressive track record, Filippi boats are often the most frequently used boats at international regattas. Additionally, many athletes race their way onto the U.S. National Team by winning trials regattas in the Italian-made boats.
