Pursuant to Section 7 of the Bylaws, a special meeting of the members of the Association has been scheduled to be held on September 7, 2006, at the USRowing offices at 2 Wall Street, Princeton, New Jersey 08540 at 8:00 p.m. EDT, to consider a proposed amendment to the Articles of Incorporation.

Each organizational member as of August 8, 2006, was mailed the following letter, a copy of the proposed amendment, and all ballot materials. Please be on the look out for the mailing and follow the instructions on how to vote get your vote counted.
