Description of what is/is not included in camp cost
This is a pre-elite regional development camp designed to keep travel costs down for Juniors from Bay Area/West Coast programs. Includes Holiday Inn express lodging(includes Breakfast), lunch, River City Rebellion entry fees and camp/regatta t-shirts.
Dinners will be athletes responsibility.

Athlete/Coxswain qualification criteria
Home program Coach recommendation, sign camp conduct form and pledge to commit themselves to a transformational learning environment and each other.

Camp Objective and Development Plan
Participants will row twice daily each morning with one afternoon academic session(physics of rowing, rigging, tips on racing from a USRowing Chief Referee, and other special guest speakers). Camp will also feature daily video review and at least one small boat session each day. Personalized learning objectives will be determined before camp begins for each athlete and daily progress assessment will be shared between coach and athlete.
